What exactly is CRO?

It's the process of increasing the percentage of visitors who make a purchase in your store. Same traffic, more revenue. It's the most profitable growth lever in e-commerce.

How long does it take to see results?

The first quick wins are implemented in the first few weeks. Structural improvements and A/B tests require between 4 and 8 weeks to obtain statistically valid data.

Do I need a lot of traffic to do CRO?

What tools do you use?

How does your CRO differ from a one-off audit?

An audit tells you what to improve. Our Growth Service improves it, launches it, measures it, and iterates it again. The difference lies in continuous execution, not just diagnosis.

Does CRO include design and development?

Yes. In the Core and Max plans, the identified improvements are designed and developed within the same retainer. You don't need to hire anyone else.

What happens after the first 3 months?

Most clients remain on a monthly retainer. With three months of proprietary data, the impact of each iteration is greater and the cost per improvement is lower.
